Credit Cards: MasterCard or Visa
Credit cards may be used when your order is accompanied by the complete card number, expiration date, name on card, billing address, and security number located on back of card. Your account will be charged when the order is placed. Their is a $3000.00 limit per organization. If you would like to use your credit card to pay for the whole order more than $3000 there is a 3% credit card transaction fee. 
Check, Cashiers Check or Money Order
Make payable to "Spirit Wear". Order will be processed upon receipt of payment. All checks must clear for production to begin. A $30.00 service charge will be applied for all returned checks.
School Purchase Order
Required when order is placed. We need either a copy faxed or mailed including the total purchase price, purchase order number, and an approval signature from a purchasing agent, principal, athletic director, or finance manager before the order can be processed.
Letter of Authorization
We will accept a letter of authorization for a purchase from a school. This letter is required to be on the school letterhead, it must include a description of the merchandise being purchased along with a total authorized amount, and a signature from a purchasing agent, principal, athletic director, or finance manager.
Sales Tax
Only Florida customers will be charged sales tax. Should you be exempt from paying Florida sales tax you will be required to supply us with a copy of your tax-exempt certificate at the time of the order. All personal checks, credit cards, and money orders require applicable sales tax.
