How long does it take to receive my order? Once order has been placed and we have all required documents to begin the order, it will take between 5-10 weeks to deliver to you. Your sales representative will inform you on the documentation required and the final due date. What deposit amount does your company require? All orders require a 50% deposit or a school purchase order. If paying with a check, it must clear for order to begin. All tax-exempt schools must give tax-exempt form when order is placed in order for your school to be tax exempt. When do we pay the balance? The remaining balance is due upon receipt of merchandise; NO EXCEPTIONS! Will I be able to make any changes/cancellations once I place my order? No orders may be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed into production. Please double-check your order to ensure accuracy. What is your policy on returns or exchanges? J&M Spirit Wear stands behind our merchandise. If there is any problem with your order please inform us within 14 days. We will gladly repair/replace any item against defect in material and workmanship. What if my cheerleaders outgrow their uniforms before the end of the year? Always keep in mind that you are ordering uniforms for growing athletes. J&M Spirit Wear will not be held responsible for replacing uniforms that have been outgrown. Who decides what size, style, and length the uniforms will be? The team’s coach/sponsor ultimately decides on the size, style, and length of the uniforms. They will have the final say over the fitting of the uniform for each individual athlete. How do I take care of my uniforms? All uniforms should be washed separately in cold water with liquid detergent. Remove promptly and hang to dry. DO NOT place in dryer. DO NOT dry-clean. All uniforms come with care instruction on them. Does J&M Spirit Wear charge for shipping? Yes; charges are as follows: 5% of order: Ground (4-7 business days) Min. of $7.50 10% of order: Second Day (2 business days) Min. of $15 20% of order: Next Day (1 business day) Min. of $20 Does J&M Spirit Wear color match uniforms? We will try to match the colors on any uniform to the best of our ability. Shading variances may occur due to laundering processes and fabrication differences. Will J&M Spirit Wear make a uniform that I don’t see on the website? We custom make all of our uniforms.
