Schools
Payment due net 30 days; upon receipt of invoice, which is always in the box with the merchandise ordered, additional invoice request can be made to main office.
Non-School-Affiliated Groups
Orders for All-star groups, individuals, etc. require a 75% deposit for the order to be placed into production. The remaining balance is due prior to the delivery of merchandise. Remaining balance must be paid using a cashiers check or money order. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Shipping Schedule
All orders will be shipped within 5 to 10 weeks after placing order and entire 75% deposit has been received. Please add 2 more weeks if the order has embroidery on the garment. Shipping schedules are approximate and may vary depending on the time of the year the order is placed and the method of shipping selected. We assume no liability for delays in our failure to make delivery due to our inability to obtain materials or other unavoidable causes (i.e. natural disasters, delay in carriers, accidents, strikes, ect.). Contact your local Spirit Wear representative or our office for current delivery schedules.

Colors
Spirit Wear will try to match the color on any uniform to the best of our ability. Shading variances may occur due to laundering processes and fabrication differences. Spirit Wear cannot be responsible for matching items purchased from our company to those purchased from other suppliers.
Care Instructions
Wash each garment separately in a full load of water. You must use either regular liquid Tide or regular liquid Era. It must be liquid detergent without bleach. Each and every time you wash your garment, you must use a full load of water, and if you do not use a full load of water your garment could loose color and bleed onto each other. Remove promptly from washer and air-dry each garment, DO NOT PLACE IN DRYER. DO NOT EVER USE WOOLITE and Do NOT use fabric softeners with your garments. DO NOT EVER DRY CLEAN OR HAND WASH YOUR GARMENTS.
For uniforms that have Sequin Dot within the uniform, the top and or skirt must be washed inside out and in a mesh bag to protect the sequins.
For all uniforms that have Sequin Dot, Mystique, and or Hologram materials within the uniform they must be washed in the gentle cycle with ONLY ONE TABLESPOON OF WOOLITE.

- Spirit Wear stands behind our workmanship and products. If there is a problem we will repair or replace any item against defect in material and workmanship within 14 days of received merchandise. If you have questions regarding custom merchandise, please call your local representative or our office at (305) 885-8068 or 1-866-706-6706.
- All custom made garments or lettered items may not be returned or exchanged unless there is a quality issue. Garments that meet the ordered size and style specifications are not considered a quality issue. The following items are not returnable: uniforms, personalized campwear, personalized bags, jackets, lettered items, poms, warm-ups, embroidered items, and customsocks.
- Keep in mind that you will be ordering uniforms for growing athletes and we will not be responsible for replacing uniforms thathave been outgrown.
- Style, size, and length are approved by the team’s coach/sponsor. Along with the parents, the coach/sponsor have the final say over the fitting of the uniform for each individual athlete.
- All stockable merchandise may be exchanged or returned within 14 days after the receipt of merchandise.
- Due to health regulations, briefs and bodysuits are not returnable if the package is opened or if the item has been worn.
- Items that have been worn or soiled cannot be returned.
- Any shoe exchanges must be received in restockable conditions and in their original box. If shoes are not in restockable condition (dirty and unlaced), they will be returned to you.
All products can be returned or exchanged if the following criteria are met:
A quality issue exists.
The product being returned is a currently offered style.
The product has not been altered by an outside source.
All products are non-returnable for the following reasons:
The product has been worn or used and no defect in workmanship is apparent.
Exact color matching and color fastness (bleeding or fading of colors upon improper washing).
Normal wear and tear of products.
The product has been improperly cared for.
All Returns or Exchanges require an RA # that must be on the package prior to shipment and being received in the main office. Please call office at 1-866-706-6706 to get your RA # to return the items you wish for us to review.

All orders are custom made specifically for each individual customer. No orders may be changed or cancelled once the order has been placed into production. Please double-check your order to ensure accuracy. J & M Spirit Wear is not responsible for typographical errors in the catalog. Pricing may change from season to season due to increase in higher production expenses.
